Añejo Old Fashioned
This a delicious agave twist on a whisky classic created by famous NYC mixologist Julie Reiner.
Recipe
3 ounces añejo tequila
1/4 ounce agave nectar
1 dash Angostura bitters
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: orange peel with brandied cherry
Method:
In a mixing glass, fill with ice, pour in the ingredients, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over fresh ice, and zest with an orange peel.
The Rosita
A delicious tequila twist on a classic Negroni
Recipe
1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
½ oz Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Dry Vermouth
½ oz Campari
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Orange zest
Method:
In a mixing glass, add ice, pour in all the ingredients, stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large cube and garnish with orange zest.
Tequila Sunrise
With colors evoking a beautiful summer sunrise, there’s no question how this drink got its name.

2 ounces Blanco tequila
4 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 ounce grenadine
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: orange slice & A cherry
Method:
Add the tequila and then the orange juice to a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
Top with the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

2 oz Blanco tequila
3/4 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz agave syrup

Method:
Muddle the jalapeño slice with agave nectar, add the remaining ingredients into the shaker, add ice shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
