Naked and Famous
A deliciously complex Mezcal cocktail created by NYC mixologist Joaquín Simó.
Recipe
3/4 oz mezcal
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz yellow Chartreuse
3/4 oz lime juice
Glass: coupe
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Mezcal Negroni
A delicious smokey twist on a classic bittersweet cocktail.
Recipe
1 oz mezcal
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Orange wheel
Method:
In a mixing glass, fill with ice, pour in the ingredients, stir until chilled. Strain into the rocks over 1 large cube and garnish with orange slice.
Oaxaca Old Fashioned
The Oaxaca Old Fashioned cocktail is an agave twist on the classic drink, made with tequila and mezcal instead of whiskey. Created by mixologist Phil Ward in the famous Death & Co. Bar.
Recipe
1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
1/2 ounce mezcal
1 barspoon agave nectar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Orange Zest
Method:
Add the tequila, mezcal, agave nectar and Angostura bitters to an Old-Fashioned glass with one large ice cube, and stir until well-chilled. Zest and orange peel over the top of the drink to express the oils.
Pineapple Mezcalita
This signature cocktail is made with Mezcal and fresh fruit juices. It's sweet and slightly smoky.

2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz pineapple juice
¾ oz Agave nectar
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Lime
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake until chilled. Strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish.
Smokey Margarita
This cocktail is delicious smokey twist on the classic Margarita.

2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Cointreau
1/2 oz simple syrup
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Lime wedge
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake until chilled. Strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish.
